Weather or Field Cancellation Information

In the event of weather or field cancellation for practices the coaches will be notified. Coaches may also independently cancel due to weather.

For Chamberlin Field games (6U through 12U), if weather or field cancellation occurs the DPSL representative will contact the coaches, referees, and the other team's organization via the group emails among the League administrators.

When able the DPSL rep will update field status on the DPSL website (DPSL reps may have a delay in doing this due to needing to check fields then get to a computer). There are hiccups in the systems for the various Districts and CHSS each talking to each other so the most accurate field listing for Chamberlin Park is dpsoccer.org.

For 14U games, Sycamore Township fields are utilized and the field cancellations occur under their authority. Schuler Field Information Check the link for information and in the event of inclement weather call the Sycamore Twp Field Use Hotline 513-792-7275

For away games, DPSL reps will share any closure information sent to us as soon as possible. We encourage families to look at the respective League's websites as social media as available. We will reshare information on the website and Facebook as well.

There are a lot of moving parts involved with each game and our goal is to have the games whenever possible, therefore games are not cancelled until the conditions are certain.
